Cancel & Modify
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please email as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes.
Returns & Refunds
If you would like to return an item, please email with your order number. NORMÌ will accept returns for items, within 7-days of delivery date. Returns received after 7 days, from delivery date will not be accepted. Once we receive, inspect, and restock your item, we will issue you with a refund based on confirmation. Please allow up to 2-weeks to receive and process your return
We accept returns within seven (7) days of delivery on regular priced items.
All sale items are final sale.
Merchandise must NOT have been WORN, WASHED or ALTERED; and MUST HAVE ORIGINAL HANG TAG ATTACHED.
Any merchandise returned missing hang tags; in a dirty, worn or poor condition; or without any Return Authorization cannot be refunded. It is then up to the customer to arrange shipping if they would like the item sent back to them
Payment and Shipping
Shipping times for all shipping methods do not include order processing time. Please note that it will take 2-3 business days to process your order before it ships.
Delivery times are provided solely as guidelines and are subject to change at any time. Please note that estimated delivery dates is an estimate ONLY, and is not guaranteed
Once shipped, we are unable to reroute deliveries. NORMÌ is not responsible if the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. NORMÌ is not responsible for lost and stolen packages once the order has received a tracking number as this is now out of our control. We recommend selecting a reliable shipping address where your parcel can be delivered and received and accurately tracked.
Taxes & Duties
International orders are subject to taxes and duties. NORMÌ is not responsible for these charges. These charges are to be paid by the customer even if you refuse shipment upon delivery. So please check with the customs office / regulations / policy in your country.
